What we build

One system at a time, starting with the most painful thing in the business — the thing your team has lived with so long they've stopped calling it a problem.

Discovery and the rule book

A recorded on-site session, full artifact capture, the rule book with its gap register, a tool spec, and a fixed quote for the build. Fixed fee. You keep the rule book whether or not we build — it's worth having even on paper.

The build: your first system

Usually the work-order or job-ticket layer: enter a job once and get the math, the paperwork, the labels, a board that answers "where's it at?", and a dashboard with the exact numbers you run the business on. Browser-based, runs on a tablet or the office PC, plain-English screens the newest hire can use. Fixed fee, half at signing, half at delivery.

Next phases

Written from your own wish list, in your words: shop-floor boards and station tracking, materials and receiving at the back door, labels and barcode scanning, purchase orders printed from job data, estimating, customer history, QuickBooks and label-printer integrations, a TV mode for the wall. Each one scoped and priced on its own after the first system proves out.

Keep it running

Optional monthly support and hosting: patches, backups, a human to call — and the team's improvement list, worked through as they learn the tool. Cancel anytime; you still own everything.

Pricing

Fixed fee, quoted after discovery. Half at signing, half at delivery. No per-seat, no per-order, no license.

What we won't do

  • Run your business.
  • Replace your judgment on pricing or people.
  • Automate the estimate-to-work-order handoff without a human in it.
  • License you your own tool.
