I started CMA Signs in Hillsborough in 2020. Within a couple of years the business ran through me — pricing in my head, process in my memory, every decision waiting on my desk. I systematized myself out of the middle: wrote the rules down, built small tools around them, and trained the team to run them. The shop got better, the team had what they needed where they stood, and I got my time back.
Then a 60-year-old drapery workroom asked if I could do the same for them. That's Ascend Co.
I speak shop-floor because I run one. My passion is helping people get their freedom back — the kind where the founder can walk out at 2:30 and the work still gets checked.
